We believe music is more than sound — it is meaning, prayer, reflection, and testimony. Technology can assist the creative process, but it never replaces the human voice, discernment, or authorship behind each song.

Every 4SEEN song exists to honour God, respect the listener, and remain faithful to the season it was created for.

All songs created through the 4SEEN Personalised Song Experience are human-led.

• Lyrics are written, curated, and approved by a human songwriter
• Themes, theology, emotional tone, and spiritual posture are shaped intentionally
• Final creative responsibility rests with 4SEEN Music

AI does not independently author songs, determine meaning, or interpret spiritual language. Authorship remains human at every stage.

4SEEN Music uses AI-assisted tools as creative instruments, similar to digital audio workstations, synthesisers, or orchestral mock-ups.

AI may assist with:

• Musical arrangement and sound design
• Production workflows
• Exploring instrumental textures and atmospheres
  All AI-assisted output is reviewed, curated, and shaped under human direction. No song is released without intentional oversight and creative accountability.

Music created for worship, reflection, or spiritual seasons requires care.

For this reason, meaning, theology, emotional framing, and lyrical intent are never automated. Each song is reviewed with discernment to ensure it remains reverent, respectful, and aligned with the heart of the commission.

Technology supports the process — it does not carry spiritual responsibility.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• 4SEEN Music retains authorship and copyright of all lyrics, compositions, and recordings
• Clients receive a personal, non-commercial usage licence for private listening, reflection, prayer, gifting, or non-monetised sharing

Commercial use, redistribution, or public monetisation requires prior written permission.

AI-assisted elements are generated using platforms operating under their own licensing frameworks. 4SEEN Music does not knowingly replicate copyrighted lyrics, melodies, or identifiable artist styles.

4SEEN Music is committed to ethical, respectful, and transparent creative practice.

We do not:

• Imitate named artists or create works “in the style of” specific musicians
• Replicate existing worship songs or copyrighted compositions
• Automate theology, prayer, or testimony without human discernment

We commit to:

• Human-led song writing
• Theological sensitivity and reverence
• Transparency around AI use
• Responsible innovation aligned with evolving standards.

Personal reflections, stories, or prayer requests shared through our questionnaire are treated as confidential creative inputs.

• Information is used solely to shape the commissioned song
• Personal data is never used to train AI models
• Information is not shared, sold, or repurposed beyond the creative process

Trust is foundational to the 4SEEN experience.

4SEEN Music may use third-party tools and platforms as part of its creative workflow. However, authorship, responsibility, and creative intent remain independent of any specific technology provider.

We cannot guarantee acceptance, availability, or continuity of third-party platforms, distributors, or tools. Changes in external systems do not alter the human authorship or ethical commitments of 4SEEN Music.

Creative technology and legal frameworks continue to evolve.

4SEEN Music commits to reviewing and updating this policy as standards, regulations, and best practices develop. Any changes will remain guided by the same principles that shape our music: integrity, reverence, and care for people.
