All matters relating to authorship, copyright ownership, moral rights, and creative responsibility are governed by the AI & Creative Ethics at 4SEEN Music policy.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership, authorship, or moral rights to the client unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Upon delivery, the client receives a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the song for:

• Private listening
• Personal reflection or prayer
• Gifting or non-monetised sharing

The client may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the song
• Upload the song to monetised platforms
• Claim authorship or ownership

Any commercial use requires prior written consent from 4SEEN Music.

4SEEN Music uses AI-assisted tools as part of its creative and production workflow, under human direction and review.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that:

Unless explicitly included in the selected package:
